Vegetarian Dishes For A Healthy Nutrition

Taking protein does not necessarily mean to eat a large steak every day. Let yourself be surprised and inspired by the variety of vegetarian creations. There is much to discover in the vegetarian cuisine.

Preparation Of Risotto

Cook the rice in the double amount of salt water with small heat, drain and warm. In the meantime, peel onions and garlic, cut into fine cubes and fry in a deep pan in the oil. Wash lemon balm, pat dry, chop finely and stir as well. Now carefully mix the lentils with the vegetable mixture on plates and serve.

Foil Potatoes With Herb Curd And Salad

Wash potatoes well, pierce them with a fork, wrap them in tin foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about one hour in the oven at 200 ° C. Mix curd with milk, rapeseed oil and herbs, add salt and pepper. Cut the boiled potatoes over the cross, open and fill the curd. Wash the salad and make a mixture from water, oil, vinegar, diced onion and spices, sprinkle sunflower seeds and the emmentaler over the salad.

Baked Cauliflower

Cook the small potatoes in salty water. Wash the cauliflower and clean it. Cook in plenty of salt water bite.  Preheat the oven to 200 °c. Stir the potato starch in the cold water. Heat the vegetable broth and milk together and as soon as the liquid starts to boil, stir in the potato starch, let it boil for a short time and reduce the heat. Rub the cheese and melt in it. Add the spices, sauce and mustard and taste them. Put the yolks on. Place the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and bake in the oven golden yellow. Put the cauliflower on plates, place the potatoes all around and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

Vegetarian Meatballs On Fresh Mushrooms

Heat the vegetable and let the couscous swell in it. Let it cool down. Mix the curd with the egg, flour and spices. Wash the vegetables, clean them and cut them into small cubes. Wash chives and cut them small. Stir together with the swollen couscous under the curd. Form the ground meatballs and fry in the hot oil from both sides. Wash, clean and cut the spring onions into rings. Fry in the oil. The mushrooms should be divided, cleaned and roasted for about 5 minutes. Mix it with pepper and salt. Place the mushrooms on plates, put meatballs on top and serve. Add the chopped clove of garlic into yogurt, wash and chop the herbs and add it with salt and pepper.
