These Nutritions Damage Our Skin Health

That alcohol and sweets are bad for our skin is no surprise. However, we would not have thought that we should do without these foods.

Dried Fruit

Fresh fruit is rich in fiber, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Of course, this is good for our skin! The dried variant, however, is unfortunately the opposite. Whether dried apples, apricots or bananas, these snacks are rich in carbohydrates and contain tons of sugar that damage our skin.

Seafood

Schrimp, crabs and lobsters have a high percentage of iodine, which clogs the pores and thus causes acne. Although iodine is an important mineral for our health, but people who have problems with their skin should instead prefer to use salmon: This contains omega-3 fatty acids that are good for our skin.

Sushi

If you are a sushi lover-don’t worry! Not all sushi rolls cause bad skin. Some rolls should, however, remove you from your meal plan in the future. The white rice has a high glycemic index, which is responsible for rising blood glucose levels. This in turn leads to an increase in hormones that cause oily skin with small pimples. The artificial crab meat and soy sauce also contain gluten, which is widely bad for our skin.

Margarine

Hardened fats such as margarine promote the sebum production in the body and can thus cause you to flare up with acne. Therefore, it is better to take margarine out of your refrigerator and replace it with oils such as olive oil, sesame oil or coconut oil.

Chocolate

Even when it is hard, but chocolate is one of the biggest enemies of beautiful skin. But why does the popular candy have such a bad impact on the skin of acne sufferers? Researchers have found that certain ingredients in the chocolate change the activity of the immune cells, which can weaken the defence of the organism against bacteria and cause inflammation.
