Friends, today we will tell you one more recipe for a delicious protein soup. The main ingredients in this dish will be lentils and tofu.
– 300 g of solid tofu;
– A glass of red lentils;
– 3 cloves of garlic;
– 1 tbsp. of red pepper;
– 1/2 tbsp. of black pepper;
– Salt (to taste);
– vegetable oil.
Fry in a pan peppers and garlic.
Add in a pot water (about 1&1/2 cups) and put lentils, which had previously been washed. Cook it for 25 minutes, so 20 minutes later put tofu in the pot.
Then leave lentils to become ready.
It turns out to be like a soup.
And note, it is quite sharp and fragrant, if you do not like such dishes, in this case, simply reduce the portion of red and black pepper.
Serve it with fresh herbs.
