Brownie with mint


For the dough:

Butter – 200 g
Dark chocolate – 200 g
A glass of brown sugar
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Flour – 1 tbsp.
Salt – 1 pinch
Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp.

For mint frosting:

Butter – 50 g
Powdered sugar – 100 g
Peppermint Syrup – 3-4 tbsp.
Cream – 3 tbsp.
Finely chopped mint – 3 tbsp.

For the chocolate glaze:

Butter – 50 g
Dark chocolate – 100 g


1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Lightly beat eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.

2. Mix the eggs with chocolate and oil mixture, add flour, stir folding upwards.

3. Pour into a rectangular form (about 20×30), greased. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. Cool without removing from the form.

4. Beat butter with sugar, add the cream and syrup, in the last instance – mint. Mix well. Spread on the cooled cake, put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

5. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, spread over a layer of mint, put into the refrigerator to complete solidification.
